SuperMotor Lift Screw Keeps Turning

If your lift mechanism acts the same way, do the following:

• Unplug the communication cable.
• Remove the belt from the small pulley.
• Engage the brass screw by turning it clockwise while pushing it down.Stop at halfway.
• Put back the belt and plug in the communication cable.

The motor should be lifted. If not, or the lift mechanism keeps malfunctioning, please post a report on the Support Page.
